Our approach to training
Everyone is different, so we make sure we choose a level that works best for you.
Tier 1
AWF National Squad
Senior Oceania Championships, Senior Commonwealth Championships
Training at least 5 times per week.
Tier 2
AWF Junior Squad
Qualified for Senior Nationals or Junior Oceanias.
Training at least 4 times per week.
Tier 3
Youth Oceania Championships or Youth Commonwealth Championships, at Youth age.
Training at least 4 times per week.
Tier 4
Beginners and rehab, training 3-4 times per week..
Tier 5
Under 13's , training 3-4 times per week..
training options
OX Club member
An OX WLC member, intending to lift in WWA competitions during the year. OX members must train with OX at least once per week.
1:1
Highly focused training session, with a technical focus, conducted by an Olympic level coach.
Drop in
No requirement to be a member of WWA or an affiliated club. Pay per session.
Tehnical focus
Guaranteed 4 technical sessions, over 4 weeks with a maximum athlete to coach ratio of 4:1.
Online
Catering to those who want to train at home or cannot make it regularly to an Ox squad. Tailored to your stage and performance target. It's not our first choice, but we know its the only way it works for some.
